Computeach was the very first independent IT training company in the UK, founded in 1964 by George Parkinson. George established the business in the Midlands, though he was originally from Bolton in Greater Manchester.
Before leaving the army, George Parkinson spent a period of study at Exeter University to train as a lecturer for the Army Bureau of Current Affairs. That training introduced George to some of the fundamentals of distance learning - a methodology which was later to become the foundation on which the Computeach learning system would be built.
Computeach has grown considerably from its humble beginnings of just five staff and twenty students, and is now responsible for thousands of students every year.

The franchiseThe role of the franchisee is to follow up on the centrally and locally sourced leads, assist the candidate to decide which course is best for them and help them with the application. All training materials and technical requirements will be handled centrally, i.e. the franchisee does not have to be a trainer or IT expert!
You will have the support of a long established business partner providing all the training and tools that you will require in order to market yourself locally.
